Send an Order to Owens

Just fill out a form and send it to your closest Owens location. We’ll handle all of the patient authorizations to take the burden off your staff. One form and you are done – it’s that simple.

What to expect after sending an order with qualifying documentation [Link to Quick Reference Guide]:

1. New hospital discharge continuous oxygen orders will be delivered within 2 hours of order receipt.
2. New hospital discharge NIV orders will be delivered within 24 hours.
3. All other new oxygen orders will be set up within 24 hours.
4. New sleep therapy orders:
   1. Your patient will receive a text notification of order receipt within 24 hours.
   2. Your patient will be called to schedule setup within 10 business days.

Delays may occur if the required documentation is not received in a timely manner, or if authorization is delayed by the insurer.
