You can make a payment in a number of ways.

When paying online, please be prepared to include the account number listed on your billing statement so we may properly direct your payment. If you do not have an account number or you wish to pay by phone, call our billing department at (530) 245-5976, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM and pay by credit card.
